Immigration Bureau of Chonburi province nabbed Russian guy who was blacklisted from Thailand in March and after that came back to Pattaya under the new name, reports Pattaya Mail.

Sergey Buchakov, 33 was arrested in Pattaya on November 23, 2015 for staying in Thailand illegally. Police found in his possession a bag of marijuana. He was charged with 354-days overstay and possesion of Category 5 drug. Sergey was deported and blacklisted from Thailand for 5 years in March 2016. Buchakov obtained new passport on the name of Sergie Sibirskii and came back to Pattaya.

Unfortunately neighbors recognized in Sibirskii their old acquaintance and reported ruskie to Immigration Bureau. As a result, Sergey was arrested again on August 4 at his apartment on Pratumnak Road. Immigration officers looked through his passport and discovered 6-weeks overstay. Sibirskii arrived in Thailand on May 22 and could stay legally here till June 20.

Again Russian was charged with overstay and forgery of passport. Chonburi Immigration will try to deport him from Thailand one more time. Now it’s a question of time how soon Sergey can come back to Pattaya.
